AIC365 (https://aic365.xyz) is an online betting and casino platform serving users in Bangladesh and various other countries. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between AIC365 and its members.

By registering an account or using AIC365 services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out here. If you object to any of these terms, please do not use AIC365's services.

AIC365 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website, and your continued use of the site after such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

When registering with AIC365, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false or misleading details is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

• Each individual may only hold one AIC365 account. If a member is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• If multiple accounts are operated from the same household or family, AIC365 will conduct an investigation and take appropriate action.
• Use a strong password to keep your account secure, and never share your login details with anyone.
• The payment method linked to your account must belong solely to you — using someone else's bKash or Nagad number is not permitted.

After account registration, a verification link will be sent to your email or phone. Full access to our services will not be available until verification is complete.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. AIC365 may request the following documents at any time to verify your age:

• Photo of National ID (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account)

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification. In the event of an account holder's death, the legal heir must complete the same verification process.

AIC365 currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT (TRC-20) for deposits. Any new payment methods will be announced on the website.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) and $5 USDT.

• If your deposit fails but BDT has already been deducted from your bKash/Nagad, please contact support with your transaction ID.
• AIC365 is not liable for failed deposits caused by payment gateway issues; however, our support team is available to help resolve any such problems.
• AIC365 does not pay interest on any transactions.

Account balances can only be used within the AIC365 platform. This is not a bank account or e-wallet — no interest or profit is earned on your balance.

Withdrawals from AIC365 must be made using a registered and verified payment method. As a general rule, withdrawals must be processed through the same method used for the original deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing typically takes 1–4 hours.
• Withdrawals for Gold and Diamond VIP members are prioritised and processed within 15 minutes.
• Additional KYC verification may be required for first-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts.
• In cases of suspected irregular activity, AIC365 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

All bonus offers at AIC365 come with specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms in full before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement — typically between 15x and 30x. Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
• While a bonus is active, only bets placed on specified games will count toward the wagering requirement — the conditions for Sports and Casino bonuses differ.
• Voucher codes can only be used once and will no longer be valid after their expiry date.
• AIC365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts and bonuses being forfeited.

For referral bonuses, the referred person's account must be active, verified, and have completed their first deposit.

Once a bet placed on AIC365 is confirmed, it is considered final. AIC365 reserves the right to void or recalculate bets under certain specific circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, AIC365 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If match-fixing or manipulation is found to have occurred, any winnings derived from the relevant bets will be forfeited.
• In Live Betting, a disconnection means a bet will not be considered valid until it has been confirmed.

Maximum winnings limits for Sports Betting vary by event and market. High Roller members may contact their manager to discuss higher limits. In the event of any dispute, AIC365's server records will be treated as the definitive evidence.

AIC365 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour towards other members or support staff.

If suspicious activity is detected, AIC365 will immediately suspend the account and launch an investigation. If the member is found to be at no fault, the account will be reinstated.

AIC365 believes that balancing entertainment with responsibility is essential. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be viewed as a source of income.

Every member at AIC365 has access to the following tools:

• Deposit Limit — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the maximum amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limit — set a cap on how much BDT you can lose within a given time period.
• Session Time Limit — restricting the number of hours you can spend on the platform each day.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently restricting yourself from the platform, from 24 hours to an indefinite period.
• Reality Check — a reminder showing how long you've been playing after a set period of time.

• AIC365 reserves the right to close any member's account without providing a reason. In such cases, any remaining balance will be returned subject to verification.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
• Any dispute between AIC365 and a member will first be addressed through the support team before any further steps are taken.
